医患双方对住院精神疾病患者权益的态度比较

摘　　要：目的　比较患者与医务人员对住院精神疾病患者权益的不同态度。方法　应用有关住院精神疾病患者权利的态度问卷 ,对 5 1名医务人员和 87名住院精神疾病患者分别进行调查。结果　单项分比较中 ,患者组与医务人员组在强制服药、强制治疗、强迫参加病房活动、拒绝服药、自己决定出院、穿病员服、患者要求特殊治疗及患者参与治疗方案等项目上存在差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而在因子分比较中 ,两组在患者权拒绝治疗及决定治疗方案与出院这两项因子上存在不同看法 (P =0 0 0 0 )。结论　在对待住院精神疾病患者权益的态度上 ,患者与医务人员之间还存在着一些不同看法 ,有必要在今后的工作中加以调和。Objective: To compare the attitudes of inpatients and staffs towand the rights of psychiatric inpatients. Methods: Fifty one staff members and eighty seven psychiatric inpatients were enrolled in this study . Questionnaire about the rights of psychiatric inpatients was used to evaluate different attitudes. Results: There was difference in some of items between parients and staffs including forced medicine and treatment, forced ward activities, refusing medicine decision for pajamas wearing, asking for special treatment, and so on ( P <0.05). As compared the cluseters, there was significant difference on those factors such as nontreatment and decision of specific treatment and discharge ( P =0.000). Conclusion: There are some differences between patients and staff members of their attitudes towand the rights of psychiatric inpatients, which should be conciliate these differences in our future work.
