精神分裂症患者记忆损害与白介素-2的关系

摘　　要：目的 探讨精神分裂症记忆损害与血清细胞因子的关系。方法 对63例未服经的精神分裂症患者采用修订韦氏成人记忆量表(WMS-RC)评定记忆功能,同时测定血清白介素-2(IL-2)、可溶性白介素-2受体(SIL-2R)水平,分析其相关性;比较记忆商数(MQ)≤85者与MQ>85者血清IL-2、SIL-2R水平。结果 记忆商数及多项韦氏成人记忆量表的分测验成绩与血清IL-2水平存在显著负相关,与SIL-2R水平无显著相关性;MQ≤85患者组血清IL-2水平显著高于MQ>85患者组(P<0.05),而SIL-2R水平两组间无显著差异。结论 精神分裂症患者的记忆功能损害可能与其异常的血清IL-2水平相联系。Objective: To explore the relationship between memory impairment and plasma levels of in-terleukin-2 (IL-2)、soluble interleukin-2 receptors (SIL-2R) in schizophrenic patients. Methods: In 63 cases of neuroleptic-naive schizophrenic patients, memory function was tested with Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS), plasma levels of IL-2、SIL-2R were measured and then analyzed the correlation between memory function and plasma interleukin level compare the plasma levels of IL-2 SIL-2R between the patients with MQ≤85 and those with MQ >85. Results: There was a significantly negative correlation between plasma levels of IL-2 and MQ and soores of subsceues of WMS. The plasma IL-2 levels of patients with MQ≤85 was significantly higher than that of patients with MQ > 85. No significant correlation was found between memory impairment and SIL-2r levels. Conclusion: The plasma levels of IL-2 may be related to the memory impairment in patients with schizophrenia.
