摘　　要：对流动资金投入的竞争模型进行了求解和定性分析,在理论上给出了竞争过程中各种状态下的预测依据和数量估计的判别式,为管理者进行经营决策提供了较科学的理论依据。This paper has worked out a solution and a nature analysis of the competition mod-el thrown into circulating fund,and has theoretically offered prediction basis as well as differ-entiating formula in various states of competition,povided more scientific theory basis for managers to make decisions.
