论我国隐性失业显性化

摘　　要：在多种原因的作用下 ,中国的城镇和农村都存在着严重的隐性失业现象 ,造成了不可估量的损失和危害 ,因此隐性失业显性化势在必行 ,同时也具有重要的战略意义。必须采取一定的政策措施来促使隐性失业显性化 ,解决我国的隐性失业特别是农村的隐性失业难题 ,实现国民经济的可持续发展。Under the effects of many causes, there exists serious recessive unemployment in the cities and towns and the rural districts of China, which causes immeasurable losses and damages. Therefore, it is inevitable for the recessiveness to turn into dominance, which is of great strategic significance. It is necessary to take all policy measures to turn recessiveness into dominance so as to solve the problems of recessive unemployment especially in the rural districts to realize the sustainable development of national economy.
