摘　　要：以利率为标的的货币政策是国家宏观调控的主要杠杆。是推行货币政策与财政政策的重要工具。利率政策、利率措施、利率运用与利率理论密切相关。探讨与分析西方利率理论、货币政策 ,将对我国货币政策的实施提供有益的启示。The monetary policy that takes interest rate as subject matter is the main lever of national macroeconomic control and the important tool to carry out monetary policy and financial policy. Interest rate policy, measure, exercise and theory are closely related to one another. The discussions and analyses on the interest rate theory and monetary policy in the West will provide with valuable revelations to the implementation of the monetary policy in China.
