摘　　要：素质教育作为面向 2 1世纪的教育改革 ,已被提到了一个更高的历史地位。素质教育的成效与思想政治工作者的水平紧密相关。笔者从师德建设、综合素养和综合能力的培养、以及信息知识、心理学知识的掌握等方面 ,阐述了高校思想政治工作队伍应如何针对形势发展和素质教育的要求 。As a 21st-century-oriented educational reform, quality education has been elevated to a higher historical position. Its effect is closely related to the level of political and ideological workers. From the aspects of the moral construction of teachers, the training of overall quality and overall ability, and the command of information knowledge and psychological knowledge, this paper expatiates the ways in which political and ideological team should strengthen their own construction according to the development of situations.
