摘　　要：北宋中期著名思想家李觏从现实之弊出发,看到了人才问题的重要性。认为择贤任能关系到国家的兴亡、社会的安定、人民的祸福;提出要坚持德才兼备的原则,兴学设教培养人才,采取正确的方法选拔人才;同时还分析了不能举贤的社会原因。李觏的人才论较为深刻,其中含有许多积极的、合理的因素,但也不可避免地存在阶级局限性。In the middle of North Song Dynasty, Ligou, a famous thinker, noticed the importance of talent issues. He believed that selecting the worthy and promoting the capable was of vital importance to the nation' s prosperity, the society' s stability and people' s well - being.
