摘　　要：中学年轻教师由于参加工作时间短,常会在领悟和扮演教师角色时出现角色障碍,这些障碍具体表现为角色模糊、角色冲突和角色紧张;而通过适当地角色调适———社会调适和个体自我调适,就可以有效地消除角色差距,使年轻教师较好地进入工作状态。As a result of short experience, young teachers often fail to understand and perform their role of a teacher. The obstacles include vague role expectations, clash of roles and role nervousness. They will better enter into their role of a teacher through adjustments by themselves and by those they work with.
