摘　　要：本文对“自由防守人”在比赛中的作用及相关问题进行了分析和探讨,使“自由防守人”在比赛中充分发挥作用,提高全队的战斗能力。This paper aims to analyze and discuss how the role of "Free Defender" plays in a volleyball match,containing some relative questions,so as to make "Free Defender" work offecfively and improve the competence of the whole team in matches.
