摘　　要：刘禹锡是中国文学史上一位重要的贬谪文人。贬谪的困境使他身心受到双重的磨难,但正是因为贬谪的激励与抗争使他的情商丰富、饱满,呈现出调控自我、超越苦难的豁达情怀;激励自我、昂扬奋发的精神气魄;忧国忧民、矢志不悔的坚毅品行。他所表现出来的丰富情商为后世所景仰。Liu Yuxi is an important relegated writera in the history of Chinese literature.The relegation situation made him suffer a lot in his body and soul.Because of that,he showed that his mind was so generous and open that he could control himself and get rid of his hardship,that he had a spirit that could encourage and arouse himself to work hard,and that he had a firm character that hhe could be concerned about his country and his people and vow to adhere to his chosen course.
