摘　　要：侦查公开作为刑事诉讼活动的一项国际准则,早已为联合国文件所确认。我国不仅具有实行侦查公开的必要性,而且已具备实行侦查公开的基础条件。但要真正实现侦查公开,还须做进一步的努力。应按照国际刑事诉讼准则的要求,在立足本国实际情况的同时借鉴外国先进经验,通过修订立法确立自己的侦查公开制度。Investigating publicly is an international standard which moves as the criminal prosecution.It had already been confirmed by the United Nations documents.It is not only necessary to investigate publicly,but also has the foundational requirements for the detection publicly in our country.It needs to make further effort to realize the detection publicly.We should do according to the international criminal prosecution criterions,use the experience of advanced foreign countries' for reference and base upon our ...
