摘　　要：目的探讨未染色大细胞比率(LUC%)检测对白血病诊断价值。方法收集47例不同类型的白血病患者外周血标本,同时对其在ADVIA120血液分析仪上进行未染色大细胞比率(LUC%)检测、外周血片行POX染色、流式细胞仪进行CD34+测定。统计数据分析与各种类型白血病关系,分析未染色大细胞比率与POX阴性率及CD34+细胞的关系。结果未染色大细胞比率与POX阴性率有良好的相关性,但是未发现未染色大细胞与CD34+细胞有相关性。结论未染色大细胞比率检测是临床白血病诊疗中临床价值较大的临床指标,但尚不能替代流式技术分型。Objective To observe the diagnostic value of large unstained cell in leukemia.Methods The large unstained cells(LUCs) was evaluated in 47 blood counts through the use an ADVIA120 hematology analyzer.Blood samples collected were also studied by flowcytometry using a CD34 antibodies and POX cytochemical stain.Parametric and nonparametric statistics were employed to compare the different variables analyzed and quantified to assess their value in refining diagnostic value.Results Positive correlation was found for peripheral blood LUC and POX,but not for CD34+ cells count.Conclusion LUC% have markable diagnostic value in leukemia,but it can not instead FCM.
