摘　　要：目的检测肝细胞癌患者外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC)膜表面Fas配体(Fas ligand,FasL)水平,并探讨其在肝细胞癌发生机制中的作用及意义。方法用免疫组化法分别检测了31例肝细胞癌患者及20例正常人PBMC细胞膜表面FasL表达。结果肝细胞癌患者PBMC细胞膜表面FasL阳性细胞百分率为64.0±7.8%,明显高于正常对照组(40.7±8.6%)(t=4.634,p<0.01)。肝细胞癌患者FasL阳性细胞百分率与CD8+T淋巴细胞数量之间存在正相关关系(r=0.547,p<0.05),而与CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞之间无相关性。结论肝细胞癌患者PBMC膜表面FasL表达增强有利于肿瘤细胞的清除。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and clinical evaluation for detection 0f expression of FasL in peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Expression of FasL in PBMC were detected in 31 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and 20 normal controls by immunohistochmical staining.Results The patients with hepatocellular carcinoma showed higher expression of FasL in PBMC than normal controls(t=4.634,p<0.01).Expression of FasL in PBMC in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma was positively related to CD8,which wasn’t related to CD3 and CD4.Conclusion Overexpression of FasL in PBMC might play an important rule in the removement of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
