摘　　要：针对目前企业财务危机预警模型存在的问题,提出一种基于神经网络的企业财务危机预警方法,重点阐述了前向三层BP网络企业财务危机预警系统的构建,并选取了30家上市公司作为样本,进行了网络训练和测试,结果表明所设计的预警模式是有效的.As to the problem existed in the corporate financial distress early-warning models, this article presents a new warning method based on ANN, and emphatically formulates the establishment of the corporate financial distress early-warning system based on three-layer BP NN. And then we select 30 corporations as samples to train and test the network. The result indicates that the warning pattern is very effective.
