摘　　要：第十一世班禅额尔德尼·确吉杰布,生性善良,聪慧过人,勤奋好学。他每天的生活起居张弛有序,忙碌而充实……The 11th Pain-hen Erdeni Losang Qamba Lhunzhub Qoigyijabu lives a regular life. In the morning he gets up and starts to chant sutras, then eats his Tibetan-style breakfast. After a short walk in the courtyard, he chants sutras with other lamas and studies sutras and other courses. After lunch, he uses his laptop for his Chinese and English homework, reads science fiction books, magazines and newspapers. In the afternoon, he learns to debate the doctrines of Buddhist scriptures with eminent monks. After supper, he watches TV news and then does homework in preparation for the next day.
