摘　　要：广西广播电视大学自2000年开始利用全区电大远程网络开展现代远程开放教育。经过几年的发展和积累,现已建立相当规模的教学资源库,随着网络系统的逐步完善和电大教学视频资源库的全面升级,从单纯的教学视频点播过渡到结合多种媒体的流媒体课件点播。为此我们建立了整合制作平台,能批量、低成本、通用化地制作网络流媒体课件,把电大教学资源库建设提升到新的层次。Through years' development and accumulation, Guangxi Radio &TV University has established a database of teaching resources at a certain scale. Further improvement in network system and overall updating of video resources in teaching has made it possible to turn from pure VOD into fluid VOD with multimedia. For this purposes, we have set up a platform for integrated production with which batch and universal network fluid media courseware can be made at low cost, thus, updating the database of teaching resources in GRTVU to a higher level.
