摘　　要：该文从当前模具行业的现状出发,基于本院培养模具实用型人才的一些做法,从客观要求,实施条件,实施效果等几个方面对毕业证书加职业资格证书这一培养模式进行了初步探讨。From present situations of die & mould industry and on the basis of concrete practice of our institute training die & mould technology practice talents, this paper first approaches diploma plus vocation qualifications certificate: a train mode of die & mould technology practical talents from several aspects, objective need, conditions, ways and result of implementation.
