摘　　要：本文在分析“土地估价”课程的特点的基础上,根据该课程教学目标和课程设置内容,提出增强实践教学与课程设计等课程建设的特殊措施。在“土地估价”的课程教学中要不断提高专业教师素质,以案例教学法为主,加强实践教学环节,培养学生实践能力和创新能力,达到课程教学目的。This paper analyses the characteristics of land evaluation course. The authors believe that this course has many peculiarities, such as practice, generalization, and specialty. According to the teaching purpose and teaching contents, the author has put forward some special methods in course construction, which includes improving practice teaching and curriculum designing. In order to achieve the teaching purpose of the course and cultivate students' ability of practice and innovation, we must improve teachers' teaching ability, exert case study teaching method, and strengthen practice teaching.
