摘　　要：针对当前我国地学类人才培养面临的新形势,结合毕业生就业现状,南京大学地球科学系着重强调基础研究型和应用型两类地学人才的培养模式,在课程体系、师资力量和教学管理上进行了有益的探索,取得了初步成效。本文在总结实践经验的同时,对当前存在的问题进行了初步探讨。According to the new situations of training of students in geosciences and the employments of graduate, a new scheme for the training of two types of students was proposed and practiced in recent years. Through the reforming of curriculum, strengthening the teaching staff and advancing the management of teaching affairs, the primary achievement is outstanding. In this paper, the practical experiences are summarized and some problems met in the reforming are also discussed.
