摘　　要：目的探讨颅内细颈巨大动脉瘤的临床特点及诊治方法。方法回顾分析2例颅内细颈巨大动脉瘤的诊治情况。结果手术顺利切除动脉瘤,不留后遗症。结论颅内细颈巨大动脉瘤少见,临床诊断存在一定困难,必须应用 CT、MR 或 MRA以及 DSA 等一系列检查手段进行综合判定。手术切除是治疗颅内细颈巨大动脉瘤最适宜的方法,能达到彻底治愈目的。Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment of giant intracranial aneurysm with narrow neck.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases of giant intracranial aneurysms of narrow neck.Results The two giant intracranial aneurysms with narrow neck were easily resected without any sequela.Conclusion Giant intracranial aneurysm with narrow neck is very rare.It is difficult to diagnoze clinical- ly;it is necessary to use such means as CT,MR.or MRA as well as DSA to confirm it comprehensively.In order to achieve the aim to be cured,surgical resection is the only effective method.
