摘　　要：目的研究水飞蓟宾—卵磷脂复合物(SLC)对闭塞蒙古种沙土鼠颈总动脉所致脑梗死的保护作用。方法采用钳夹沙土鼠颈总动脉致脑梗死模型,观察脑梗死面积、卒中行为评级、脑组织含水量的变化。结果 SLC 能明显缩小颈总动脉阻断沙土鼠脑梗死面积,改善卒中鼠神经症状,降低脑组织的含水量。结论 SLC 对沙土鼠缺血脑组织损伤具有保护作用。Objective To study the protecitve effect of silybin-lecithin compound(SLC)on cerebral ischemic injuries in Mongolian gerbil.Methods Using an established common carotid artery occlusion model,we observed infarction areas of the brain and behaviour grade of cerebral apoplexy and calculated the change of brain water con- tent.Results SLC(100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg)significantly reduced infarction areas,relieved neuro- logical symptoms,and decreased brain water content in rats.Conclusion SLC can protect cerebral ischemic in- juries in rats.
