论高校青年体育教师教学专业发展的阶段及其特征

摘　　要：青年教师是大学可持续发展的主要力量,从青年体育教师成长为优秀体育教师有其成才的基本规律。研究专家型体育教师有助于发现青年体育教师成长的内在规律,从而缩短从任教到成为专家体育教师的过程,有利于在高等学校中培养优秀体育教师。目前对于青年体育教师成长为优秀体育教师的基本规律缺乏研究。文章从这方面进行探讨, 为培养优秀体育教师提供理论依据。Young teachers are the main force of college sustainable development, and from novice teachers turning into excellent P.E. teachers, there are some basic regulations. Studying the scholar type P.E. teachers can help the growth of the young P.E. teachers and shorten the process from ordinary novice teachers becoming experts, and can help the cultivation of excellent P.E. teachers. Because the shortage of studying the process at present, the paper does some study on it and finds some theoretical evidences for the cultivation work.
