大学生心理健康问题的新特点及教育应对

摘　　要：采用问卷法对450名在校大学生的九类心理问题进行了调查,发现当前大学生心理健康问题主要有:价值观的冲突与迷茫、就业压力大、专业离心力大、闲暇管理无序、情绪困扰、意志品质不良等。经分析,建议汲取"人在环境中"的新型心理健康理念,并综合宏观与微观两个实践层面,全面渗入性的开展心理健康教育。Nine kinds' mental problems of 450 college students were investigated.The results showed several new features of college students' mental problems: conflict and hazy of sense of worth,high pressure about hunting job,big centrifugal force on courses,leisure time disorder,emotion puzzle,and inferior volitional quality.So an idea of 'person in environment' was introduced into mental health education with its two phases of Microscopic and Macroscopic.
