通心络胶囊联合晕复静片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足39例疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨通心络胶囊联合晕复静片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。[方法]将79例椎-基底动脉供血不足,随机分为治疗组39例和对照组40例。对照组给予静脉滴注0.9%生理盐水250mL+复方丹参注射液30mL,每天1次,10天为1个疗程;治疗组在对照组的基础上口服通心络胶囊每次2粒,每日3次,口服晕复静片每次2粒,每日3次,其他基础药物治疗均相同,观察临床疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为94.9%,对照组为75.1%,两组疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01),同时治疗组起效多在3日内,较对照组迅速。[结论]通心络胶囊联合晕复静片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足可迅速改善临床症状疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床选用。[ Objective ] The discussion is hollow winds the capsule union corona duplicate static piece treatment vertebro - basic arterial ischemia patient % clinical curative effect. [Methods] vertebro -basic arterial ischemia patient 79 examples, divide into stochastically govern cure the group 39 examples and the control group 40 examples, the control group give vein drop note 0. 9% physiological saline 250mL + compound prescription salvia miltiorrhiza inoculation fluid 30 mL, daily 1 time, 10 days are a treatment course; The treatment group takes orally in control group's foundation is hollow winds the capsule each time 2 grains, daily 3 times, oral administration corona duplicate static piece each time 2 grains, daily 3 times, other foundation medicine treatment is same, observation clinical curative effect. [ Results ] Treatment group total effectiveness is 94.9% , the control group is 75. 1% , two group of curative effect comparison difference has the remarkable significance ( P <0. 01 ) , simultaneously treats the group effect many in 3days, compares the control group to be rapid. [ Conclusion] Is hollow winds the capsule union corona duplicate static piece treatment vertebro - basic arterial ischemia to be possible to improve the clinical symptom curative effect to be remarkable rapidly, not good responded not obviously, is worth selecting clinically.
