摘　　要：目的:探讨刺五加皂甙(Acanthopanax Senticosus ASS)对肝癌细胞凋亡的影响及其可能机制。方法:将刺五加皂甙以不同浓度和时间作用于肝癌细胞,采用免疫组化法检测bcl-2和bax的表达。结果:刺五加皂甙(0.25mg/mL、0.5mg/mL、1.0mg/mL)作用于肝癌细胞,随着作用时间和剂量的增加,bcl-2表达降低bax的表达增高。结论:刺五加皂甙促进肝癌细胞凋亡,其作用机制可能与bcl-2表达降低,bax的表达增高有关。Objective:To explore the apoptosis effects of Acanthopanax Senticosus(ASS)on hepatocelluar carcinoma cells,and possible mechanisms.Method:The hepatocellular caricinoma cells was treated with ASS at different concentrations and different time.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 and bax.Results:ASS inhibited the growth of SMMC-7721cells in a dose and time dependent manner.The expression rate of bax was higher and bcl-2 was lower.Conclusion:ASS can induce apoptosis of human hepateocellur carcinoma cells.The mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of the bcl-2 expression and the increase in the BAX expression.
