摘  要:目的观察红藻酸癫痫大鼠不同脑区的5-HT含量变化。方法将W ister大鼠随机分为对照组和癫痫模型组(用红藻酸致痫),分别采用高效液相色谱分析的方法测定两组大鼠额叶皮层、杏仁核和海马中神经递质5-HT的含量。结果癫痫模型组大鼠上述脑区的5-HT的含量均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论神经递质5-HT参与了癫痫的发作。Objective To observe the changes of 5-HT content in different brain regions in rats with epilepsy induced by rhodoicacid.Methods Wistar rats are divided randomly into normal control group and epilepsy group(induced by rhodoicacid),concentration of 5-HT in frontal cortex,amygdaloid nucleus,hippocampus were examined with high performance liquid chromatography.Results 5-HT contents in the above regions of rats in epilepsy model group were significantly lower than that of normal control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The neurotransmitter 5-HT participates in epilepsy onset.
