高校培养高水平竞技人才模式研究

摘　　要：高水平竞技体育人才的不同培养模式对提高国家竞技体育水平和推动高校体育工作都有重要的意义,以清华大学的运动员邓亚萍和胡凯、人民大学奥运跳水冠军郭晶晶、北京体育大学举重奥运冠军张湘祥为案例,对高校培养高水平运动员模式进行研究,为高校的高水平竞技体育人才培养模式提供参考,真正使我国高校成为培养高水平竞技体育人才的摇篮。It is a major significance in colleges and universities that the high level of competitive sports talents in different training model can raise the level of competitive sports and physical education and promote the work for the country.It takes track and field athletes inTsinghua University,Hu kai and Deng Yaping,the People's University of Olympic diving champion Guo Jingjing,Beijing University of Physical Education weightlifting Olympic champion Zhang Xiangxiang as the cases,Researching through model of the high-level athletes training in colleges and universities,It provides a referen for the high level of competitive sports training,our colleges and universities may make a real high level of training and it also becomesthe cradle of competitive sports talents.
