摘 要:采用平板培养法,探讨了用不同浓度的杏鲍菇菌糠取代马铃薯综合培养基中的马铃薯后,对灵芝、真姬菇、秀珍菇和平菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,杏鲍菇菌糠培养基对4种食用菌菌丝的生长具有不同程度的抑制作用,随着菌糠浓度的增加抑制作用增强。对真姬菇菌丝生长率和生长势影响最小,对秀珍菇和平菇菌丝生长率和生长势的影响最大。The influences on 4 edible mushroom mycelia growth, such as Ganoderma lucidum, Hypsizigus marmoreus, P. geesteranus and P. ostreatus, were investigated. The methods was to replace potato with different concentrations spent substrate of Pleurotus eryngii in the potato synthesis culture media. The results showed that mycelia growth of 4 edible mushrooms were inhibited by spent substrate of P. eryngii, and inhibition power was gradually swelled with the spent substrate higher concentration. As a whole, spent substrate of P. eryngii had the least influence on the growth rate and growth status of H. marmoreus, in contrary which had the most influential effect on the growth of P. geesteranus and P. ostreatus.
