摘　　要：为寻找平菇栽培的新基质,提高平菇的产量和品质,本研究利用金陵制药厂生产脉络宁的废弃中药渣替代绝大部分棉籽壳,加入一定比例的稻草或玉米芯调节配方栽培平菇。结果表明,中药渣完全可以替代棉籽壳,基质配方以中药渣59%、棉籽壳20%、稻草20%,加入1%的石灰最佳,与棉籽壳相比,每吨成本下降180元,生物转化率提高20.9%,差异达显著水平。每吨基质产菇净增产值达1044元,且品质改善,真正实现了低成本、高品质、高效益。In order to find out a new substrate for cultivating Pleurote ostreatus to increase yield and improve the quality, herbal residues coming from Jinling pharmaceutical factory were used as the majority of cotton seed hulls. The results showed that herbal residues can replace the cotton seed hulls. The best formula was divided into residue 59%, cotton seed 20%, straw 20%, lime 1%. Compared with the cotton seed hull, the cost can be reduced by 180 yuan per ton. The biotransformation rate increased by 20.9%. The difference reached significant level, with a net increment up to 1 044 yuan, which realized the low cost, high quality and high profit effect.
