摘　　要：低聚原花青素作为一种强力抗氧化剂,已经引起了人们极大的关注。以微型化学实验为手段,介绍了用乙酸乙酯/水作溶剂从葡萄籽中提取低聚原花色素的实验方法。Oligomeric proanthocyanidins are the most active free radical scavenging antioxidants known. By using ethyl acetate and water as extractant , by microscale chemical experiment ,Oligomeric proanthocyanidins were extracted from grape seeds.
