摘  要:该实验采用了井穴板、微型的试管、烧杯和漏斗等仪器,鉴定了生物体和食物中维持生命的某些重要元素Ca,Fe,Mg和P等,检测目标为茶叶、树叶、虾米、钙奶、牛奶、紫菜、棉花、鸡蛋壳、鸡蛋黄等,药品使用量为常规实验用量的十分之一,达到了与原实验同样的效果,体现出了实验微型化的优点。Microscale chemistry instruments such as plastic plate, microscale test tube, beaker, fuunel had been used in this experiment. Some important elememts such as calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus in organisms and foods have been qualitative identificated. The tested material includes tea, leaf, milk, laver, cotton, egg and so on. The amount of the reagents used in this experiment is one-tenth used in common experiments. The experiment effect is as same as the original one, and incarnates the advantage of the microscale experiment.
