放射状角膜切开术后远期泪膜变化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的了解放射状角膜切开术(radial keratotomy,RK)后远期患者泪膜情况,并为这些患者将来行其他眼部手术时,采取有效预防及处理术后干眼症提供依据。方法 RK组及对照组患者均由同一检查者完成泪液分泌(schirmerI)试验及泪膜破裂时间(tear film break up time,BUT)检查。结果 RK组SchirmerI值为(11.59±6.18)mm,与对照组为(12.80±4.78)mm比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.560,P=0.120)。RK组BUT值为(8.68±3.80)s,明显低于对照组的(11.18±4.12)s,差异有统计学意义(t=4.481,P=0.000)。RK后不同刀数组间的SchirmerI值及BUT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于RK后患者再次行其他眼部手术时,术前应进行全面泪液和泪膜功能检查,以便有效预防及处理术后干眼症。Objective To evaluate the long term status of tear film after radial keratotomy (RK),and provide the evidences for taking effective preventions and dealing with postoperative dry eye if these patients take other operations on eyes.Methods Schirmer I test and tear film break up test ( BUT) were recorded by the same tester.Results There was no significant difference in Schirmer I test between RK group and the control(t = 1.560,P =0.120).But BUT of RK group was significantly lower than that of the control,the differences were significant t = 4.481,P =0.000).There were no significant differences in Schirmer I test and BUT among the different incisions groups after RK.Conclusion If performing other operations to RK patients' eye,in order to take effective preventions and treat postoperative dry eye,it is necessary to do totally examination for tears and tear film before operations.
