摘 要:目的研究缺血后处理对大鼠脑缺血/再灌注后血脑屏障通透性的影响及可能机制。方法大脑中动脉线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型。36只大鼠随机分为假手术组(Shame),单纯脑缺血/再灌注模型组(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MACO),缺血后处理模型组(MACO+postconditioniing),每组12只大鼠。检测术后24 h各组大鼠脑组织含水量、伊文思蓝含量。结果缺血后处理组在缺血/再灌注后24 h脑组织含水量、伊文思蓝含量均显著低于单纯缺血/再灌注组(P<0.01)。结论缺血后处理可以有效降低脑缺血/再灌注后血脑屏障破坏的程度,减轻血管源性脑水肿。Objective To explore the effect of ischemic postprocessing on the permeability of blood brain barrier after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats and its mechanisms. Methods Ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)models were induced by focal ischemia with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)by filament.Thirty-six rats were divided into 3 groups randomly with 12 rats in every group.These groups were sham group,MACO group,MACO+postconditioning group.Results Brain tissue moisture capacity and evans blue content in MACO+postconditioning group were significantly lower than that in MACO group at 24h after surgery(P<0.01). Conclusion Our findings suggest that ischemic postprocessing efficiently reduce the level of blood brain barrier damage and attenuate vasogenic brain edema.
