摘　　要：学术自由是内在自由与外在自由的有机统一,是高校学术发展的内在动力。目前,我国高校在外在自由方面存在学术管理失范、学术评价欠公正、社会参与不够等缺失;内在自由上存在自主意识、自我发展、自我更新能力不强与学术交流量少质低等缺失。应从加强学术民主,国家的"治理"能力,社会支持力度和自身的主体性、主体间性、学术争鸣与批评等方面来应对学术自由的缺失。The academic freedom is the internal motive of the academic development in colleges and universities,which is united by the internal freedom and the external freedom.At present,there are some effects.Therefore,we must strengthen the academic democracy,the governing ability,the social sustain and its subjectivity,inter-subjectivity,the academic contention and the academic criticism.
