肾癌患者围手术期CK19mRNA和CK20mRNA的定量分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨肾癌患者围手术期外周血CK19mRNA和CK20mRNA的变化。[方法]采用RT-PCR方法检测141例肾癌患者术前血液样本,分析CK19mRNA和CK20mRNA与临床、病理因素的关系;检测103例肾癌患者术前、术中和术后三个时间点的血液标本,并对三组标本进行比较。[结果]CK19mRNA、CK20mRNA的表达与患者的性别、年龄和肿瘤大小无关(P均>0.05);术后外周血CK19mRNA的拷贝数(5.68±3.08)高于术前(4.97±3.58),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肾癌患者外周血CK20mRNA的拷贝数低于CK19mRNA。[结论]检测肾癌患者循环肿瘤细胞CK19mRNA,可反映肿瘤的血源性播散,判断病情。[Purpose] To investigate the variation of serum CK19mRNA and CK20mRNA in patients with renal carcinoma perioperation. [Methods] The serum CK19mRNA and CK20mRNA were detected in 141 preoperative patients with renal carcinoma and their correlations with clinicopathological factors were analyzed.
