摘　　要：口译人员作为交流的第三方,在商业、法庭、聋哑人社区中扮演着重要的角色,他们充当着传声筒、跨文化或跨语言交流管理者等角色。有一种观点认为口译人员应该是中立的或隐形的,但是该隐形理论在现实口译工作中很难实现,并对口译工作造成诸多限制。社区口译人员应该是交流过程中的主动参与者,而不是中立、透明的隐形人。The paper discusses the interpreter invisibility theory based on the analysis of the role of community interpreter,which is the significant factor to build up the perspective for community interpreter,especially in business environment and court.It indicates that community interpreter should be an active participant rather than a neutral,transparent and invisible person.Specifically,signed-language interpreting is also studied in terms of invisibility and visibility.
