摘　　要：针对暨南大学电气自动化实验室建设中的实践和经验进行了总结,探讨了研究方向、学科交叉、人才队伍建设、学术交流、实验室管理等方面在实现实验室跨越式发展中的作用。This paper summarized the practice and experience in the process of building the electric automation laboratory in Ji nan University,and discussed the important role that the following aspects play in realizing laboratory leap-forward development,such as the direction of laboratory researching,interdisciplinary study,team building,academic exchanges and laboratory management,etc.
