摘　　要：分析了我国经管类学科的发展,探讨经济管理专业人才培养对经管类实验室建设的要求。论述建设创新型实验教学模式要从教学观念、课程设置、教学方法等方面进行创新,并就如何实施创新性实验提出了自己的若干见解。The current situation of economy management discipline in China was analyzed,The training of qualified personal in economy management field was discussed.It was also discussed that establishment of the innovation experimental educational model must begin from the innovating of teaching idea,course constitution and teaching method etc.,and some views about how the innovative experiment is carried out were put forward.
