摘　　要：随着高校规模的扩大,国有资产管理主体多元化、资产处置不规范、账实不符的问题比较普遍。加强科学管理,建立完善的组织结构和科学的管理机制,并采取有效的管理措施,提高资产管理效率。With the increase of college scale,the problems such as the body diversification of state-owned property man-agement,the disorder of assets disposal,and the disagreement of account and the actual figure are rather common.To strengthen the scientific management and to increase the efficiency of assets management have it is necessary to complete the organization structure,scientific management mechanism and taking effective management measures.
