摘　　要：依法治国要求不仅要有高素质的执法队伍,更应有大量的高素质的法律人才储备。高等法学教育应该适应这种要求,与中国现代化的法制建设相连接,为依法治国建设提供精神动力和人才支持。Government By Law ' requests to not only have the high character law troops, but also store enough high character talented persons of law. Higher law education should adapt to this request to connect with China's legal system modernization to provide the spirit motive and to support with the talented persons.
