娱乐体育教学在高校体育中的可行性探析

摘　　要：体育课是高校体育教育的重要组成部分,肩负着增进学生身心健康,增强学生体质的重要任务。但传统的体育教学模式,没能将体育课的这种功能和效果发挥出来。经过教学实践发现,娱乐体育教学可提高高校体育课的教学质量。One important part in P · E education in colleges and universities is P ·E classes which carry out task of strengthening students' mental and physical health and their physical quality However, in the traditional mode of P ·E teaching, these function and outcome haven't been achieved in P. E classes. After a-long-time teaching practice, a conclusion can be drawn that happy P · E teaching can improve the P · E teaching quality in colleges and universities.
