农村中小学布局调整研究

摘　　要：农村中小学布局调整的实质是使受教育人群在空间上更加合理地集中和分布,以适应受教育人群的需要。影响农村中小学布局的主要因素有:生源数量、自然条件、交通状况、经济发达水平、历史基础、学校规模、村镇规划等;布局调整应坚持就近入学、规模适度、利用已有教育资源、效益最优、定性分析与定量分析相结合等原则,布局调整可按照现状调查、影响因素分析、建立布局调整模型、设计布局调整方案、绘制学校布局调整图、开始布局调整工作的程序进行。The essence of adjusting the distribution of middle schools and primary schools in rural area is to make the educated people distributed more scientifically in space in order to meet the needs of the people who should receive education.The main factors affecting the distribution of middle schools and primary schools in rural area are as follows:the number of students,natural conditions,traffic conditions,economic level,his- torical foundation,the scale of the school,the distribution of towns and villages,etc.The adjustment should follow such principles as schools being near students'home,moderate scale,making use of present education resource,optimizing the benefit,quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis.The adjustment can be carried out according to the following procedures:investigating present status,analyzing the active factors, setting up the distribution mold,designing the plan of distribution adjustment,drawing the map of the distribu- tion adjustment,starting the work of adjustment.
