摘　　要：分配制度改革是高等学校人事制度改革的核心内容之一。高校分配制度改革要着眼于解决对教职工的激励问题。本文对分配制度改革的激励理论进行了思考,力求为此项改革的顺利进行提供一些科学依据和有益参考。Assignment system reformation is one of the cores of personnel system reformation in colleges.The assignment system should aim at inspiration for teaching and administrative staff.The essay ponders over the inspiring theory and tries to supply some scientific basis and useful reference for the reformation.
