摘　　要：将科学发展观这个基本理念落实到高校教育中来,高校教师首先应当做的就是重新确定教育观,改变传统的不适应现代社会人才培养模式的教育观,树立以人为本,以发展为核心的现代教育观。To implement the scientific view on development into the higher education, teachers, first of all, should advocate the educational view of emphasizing people and centering on development, substitute the old- fashioned, fail to adapt to the training of talents educational view to the newly established one.
