摘　　要：将DAC输出模拟电压的计算公式与ADC输出数字量的计算公式统一,得到一个转换定理.由该定理直接得出2种转换的分辨率的定义,且使定量计算直观便捷.另外指出一些教材中存在的错误.Unifies the formula of the analog voltage output from a DAC(digital-analog convertor)with the formula of the digital data output from a ADC(analog-digital convertor).Thus a conversion theorem is acquired,through which the resolutions of both conversions can be directly calculated.Besides,several errors in current textbooks are presented.
