摘　　要：中国海洋石油总公司惠州炼油分公司4.2 Mt/a延迟焦化装置为该公司首座千万吨炼油项目配套的减压渣油加工装置。为了实现"四年一修"的目标,该装置引进了美国FW公司先进延迟焦化装置的工艺包。介绍了该焦化装置的工艺技术特点,与国内同类装置进行了对比;对装置开工特点进行了阐述,对装置运行情况进行了分析。The 84 000 b/d delayed coking unit of Huizhou Refinery is the vacuum residue upgrading unit for the first 10 MM TPY refinery project of CNOOC.For this unit,Foster Wheeler s delayed coking process package has been licensed to achieve the objective of run length of four years.The process technology characteristics of the Foster Wheeler delayed coking process are introduced and compared with those of similar domestic DCUs.The first start-up of the unit is described and unit operation is analyzed.The results sh...
