摘　　要：考古调查和发掘中常会遇到次生堆积,这是一种经自然力(如流水、风力等)搬运而形成的含文化遗物的堆积。如果不能分辨原生堆积和次生堆积,就不能准确地判断地层的文化时代和文化遗物的年代。自然力还能造成遗址的地层缺失和遗址上部地层被侵蚀。Secondary deposits in archaeological sites refer to sediments that are accumulated by natural agency (such as water and windstorm) and that sometimes contain cultural relics. For field investigation, it is important to identify the original deposits from secondary deposits, otherwise it is difficult to provide accurate chronological sequences of cultural layers where cultural remains were asso- ciated.
