摘　　要：检察机关对刑事诉讼活动进行监督是我国检察机关实施法律监督职能的重要内容,但从基层检察院的司法实践来看,在开展刑事诉讼监督过程中存在诸多问题,一定程度上影响了法律监督职能更有效地发挥。加强立案监督、侦查监督、审判监督,完善监督机制并进而提升监督机制效能。It is an important function of legal supervision of China s prosecutors that they supervise the activities of criminal procedure,but there are many problems in the process of carrying out the supervision in the judicial practice of grassroots prosecutors,it affected the legal supervision of functions to a certain extent.So the mechanism of the supervision over register,investigation and justice should be improved and thus the effectiveness of the mechanism should be enhanced.
