摘　　要：读者对馆藏文献信息资源的利用是图书馆工作的出发点和归宿点。本文介绍了西北政法大学图书馆加强读者信息素质培养,促进文献信息资源利用的有关举措,希望能对同行起到抛砖引玉的作用。Readers utilization of the literature and information resources is the starting point and ultimate goal of the library work. This paper introduces how the Library of Northwest University of Political Science and Law strengthens the building of readers information literacy and promotes utilizing the document and information resources,with a view to stimulate more ideas from the peers.
