摘　　要：根据韦伯的观点,在现代社会中,科层制不可避免地要扩大。科层制权威是处理大规模社会系统管理要求的唯一方式。为了处理日趋复杂的事务,有必要发展控制与管理的系统。科层制的出现是对这些需求的理性化与高效率反应的结果。然而,正像人们将要看到的,韦伯也相信科层制显露出了许多缺点。后世学者对其做出了不同的回应。尽管如此,科层制所蕴含的管理思想对现代社会生活的本质仍具有重要的意义。The bureaucracy inevitably enlarges in modern society according to Weber.The bureaucracy authority is the unique method which copes with the management demands of the large system for society.In order to cope with the complicated affairs,we must develop the system of control and management.The occurrence of bureaucracy is the rational and highly efficient response to these demands.Weber believed bureaucracy had a lot of main problems,as later scholars did.However,the management ideas in bureaucracy have the...
